How to return
- Email usWithin 30 days of delivery, send your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange.
- Send it backWe’ll reply with return instructions. Pack the socks in their original packaging.
- Get your refundRefunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of reaching us.
What can be returned
Unworn, unwashed socks in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or washed can’t be returned.
Exchanges
Want a different character or size? Exchanges are free: we cover shipping on the replacement pair.
Bundles and gift boxes
You can return part of a bundle. Each pair from a 3-pack is refunded at $14, and each pair from a Gift Box at $14.50.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by you, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. In that case tell us within 7 days, with a photo, and we’ll cover it.
Returning a gift?
We’ll send store credit to you, the gift recipient, so the giver isn’t notified.
